Please copy three setup files from the below path to your local drive and install Polycom Real presence desktop application for video conference with multiple users.
Path: download \Softwares\process softwares\New system installation\Polycom
Before Starting the Installation you required the below pre-requisites
Dot Net Framework 4.0
Adobe Air
Adobe flash Player
Install using RPD-release_2.1.0_28930.exe from specified path after installing the pre-requisites as per the below screen shots.
After opening the application, Please follow the belo steps to activate the license as per the below mentioned process.
At first time open you will get the below attached second screen shot will appear. If you have already done “skip Sign –in” then go to setting and select “Sign-in” option from settings window as per the scree shot.
Once click on Sign in then provide the below information on the “Activate” as per the screen shot.

How to Dial:
Please dial the Conference Bridge IP address i.e., 10.64.134.7 in the life side panel as per the scree shot
After dialing the IP – Address, please enter Meeting ID using keypad from downside panel.
Once it is accepted meeting ID then you will be join in to the as showed in the above screen shots.
