The reason for this problem is that the BOOT.INI file on the root of the C: drive that is miss configured
1.Insert and boot from your Windows XP CD-ROM.
2. At the first R=Repair option, press the R key
3. Press the number that corresponds to the correct location for the installation of Windows you want to repair.
4.Typically this will be #1
5. Type bootcfg /list to show the current entries in the BOOT.INI file
6. Type bootcfg /rebuild to repair it
7. Take out the CD-ROM ROM and type exit
IF THE SYSTEM REQUIRED TO FORMAT FALLOW THE BELOW STEPS ,
Create the Session for the booting the system in ghost server
1. Go To RUN Type MSTSC 🡪 give ghost server ip 10.64.136.18
2.Give the user name :ghost
Password :ghost
3. Give the session name (ex: aaa) give the client count 1( no of clients)
4.Go to client system ( which is booted) insert the boot cd and press enter
5. Goto options select boot with network support 🡪 select nortern ghost
--🡪 select cd from boot ---🡪 select SCSI
Then Give the session name( which is created in ghost server (ex :aaa)
Press enter then
It is booted up to 100%.
Then Restart start the system it will work .
